Certain information will be requested when you register or donate to Hope Walks including your name, home address or e-mail address. This is requested to provide you with necessary information and service and will be used for the purposes of completing your donation and informing you of future events and event results. Your personal information will not be shared with any other organizations.

Children's Privacy

We want to protect the privacy and information of children who participate in Hope Walks.

Parents or a legal guardian are requested to register children under 18 years of age and must provide a credit card number for verification. Following verification, the parent or legal guardian can choose the activities in which the child will participate. Selected activities can be changed at any time.

Hope Walks collects and maintains the name and email address of children who register. A child's personal information can be reviewed or deleted by a parent or legal guardian following appropriate identification.

Retention of Your Personally Identifiable Data

Once you have registered with Hope Walks, your information is stored and maintained along with the personally identifiable information you have volunteered for so long as you remain a registrant of Hope Walks and have not informed us to remove the information.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity change or delete your information at any time by contacting us at contact@hopewalks.org.
